The Drudge headline screamed “GREENSPAN: FINANCIAL MESS WORST SINCE WWII…“ ,  hawking the story like a newspaper boys in an old black & whites.  I doubted that Greenspan said that, but was curious as to what he had to say.  Here’s the quote that spawned the headline.
